ICX7150-C12 POE is unresponsive

I am having this EXACT issue and I have followed these IDENTICAL steps......The POE ports on this device are unresponsive. The outcome of this issue was an RMA of the device....Please advise

We cannot replace the chassis until you confirm that the hardware is damaged. For detailed understanding of the issue please let us know the below details.

- Please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

Hi @Jayavidhya - The R510 has no LED lights because it is not getting POE from the switch. There is one AP attached to the switch. The ICX7150 lights are green. The other devices attached to this switch are working. This was working until the device was upgraded to 08095g.
