ICX 7150 Won't Write to Flash

I have an ICX 7150 running on the latest SPR UFI code. I am trying to upgrade to the Switch firmware but I am getting an error writing to flash. I have tried from the Web CLI and the console through SSH. Each time, it copies and fails at 25% when writing. I have tried a new download and after several reboots, but no go. I have saved off the support files from the web upgrade.

May I know the Current Version your Switch is running on?

Thank you for the response and the confirmation.

We suggest you upgrade to a recommended stable version.

The recommended stable version is 8095g (08.0.95g)

Below is the explanation to perform the Upgrade on the switch via the TFTP method:

The following guide is an example of an upgrade via TFTP server, by using an application (FREE) to send files or upload remote files to a device, in our case, we will use it to update a new version to the Switch, basically, it will send the image version remotely from the computer to the switch.

Please download the 08.0.95g files from the portal and start the upgrade. Please skip the 08080f part from the above guide, and directly start from-

I rebooted the switch and ran the cmd again and got the exact same error as the last one. I can post the same error again if you want with a different timestamp.

Please try to Upgrade using below options as well.

Below are the options or methods to perform the Upgrade on the switch:

1st Option:

1. In this option, we will use a pen drive or USB flash drive in which we move the files to the pen drive and connect it to the Switch then through CLI we execute the commands to upgrade the Switch using the following guide as a reference:

I have been having a nightmare with this device. I inserted the USB drive and the system freaked out, nothing would show up on my console connection via putty. I had to perform a factory reset and then the device keeps rebooting itself.

The switch finally recovered but I have been having so many network issues that I purchased 2 POE+ injectors to connect my R510s to my AT&T router. Now that I have the switched by-passed, I can work on it from my desk. I have still be unable to get the USB drive to be detected.

I have access to the CLI via putty, but I am unable to get the device to recognize any USB thumb drive. I have used old ones and newer ones. I have used 3rd party partition software to format the device to FAT32, but no luck.
