Unleashed 200.9.10.4.233 firmware

Hi all,

I see that unleashed firmware 200.9.10.4.233 has been released if you look on the master AP via the browser. I don't yet see it on the site hence there are no release notes available yet. I succesfully upgraded my 3 ap's (2 x R710 and 1 x R610) to unleashed 200.9.10.4.233 however 2 AP's (except the master) were having reboot loops. They come online and shortly after they were rebooting again. I flashed back to version 200.9.10.4.212. Was the release of 200.9.10.4.233 premature?

Well, after upgrading my R610 AP to firmware 200.9.10.4.233, the mobile app suddenly have problem to connect to AP, it's weird ....

i was using 200.8 on my AP unleashed R610s. Upgraded to 200.9.xxx.212 I believe. It cut down my speed by 40%. Went back to 200.8, my WiFi speed is back to near 600Mbps. Definitely 200.9 is buggy and not backward compatible to the old backup configuration. Must create a new config and manually re-tuned your system for speed optimization. WTF!!!!

This is an unstable version. System reboots every few hours.

joins with uptime [89] s and last disconnected reason [AP Restart : kernel panic]

How is it off topic? its related to 200.9 firmware release? Its another buggy symptom of 200.9 release. Its definitely related to the main topic. Who are you to decide its off topic?

After investigating the reason that mobile App can't connect to my AP is due to some 3rd party DNS blacklist applying that block "commscope.pubnubapi.com", sorry my issue is not related to the latest Unleashed firmware.

P.S: I don't have "reboot" issue after applying 200.9.10.4.233 firmware almost 24 hours now.

If you have problems with older 200.9 releases there are multiple topics in the forum. Posting about problems with older releases mixes with the main problems introduced with the current latest release!

Thank you, @syamantak_omer . Unfortunately I did not see any enhancements for the R550 poor coverage issue I am facing as it was stated in another topic will come with 200.9 patch and also with 200.10 release...

Why don't they just do a better job in testing before releases. We wasted endless hours, we dont work for Ruckus. Do a better job of testing and QA before releasing. We are not your QAs. This is horrible. Shouldn't have ten versions of 200.9 period. Lame... Poor product.

200.9 vs. 200.8. Should i care about every line of code that changes, and every decimal thousandth places of versions? NO!

I was having throughput issues and phones dropping connection. Back on 212 and all ok so far.

Thanks for posting this! I thought I was going crazy as my Ruckus AP has always been really stable for me.

I upgraded to 200.9.10.4.233 this evening, and my r610 instantly started boot looping as clients connected to it. As soon as I brought up another AP and transitioned the clients over, I could bring up the AP long enough to revert to 200.9.10.4.212 which resolved the issue.

I'd recommend that this release gets pulled before more people upgrade into a boot loop.

Upgraded a r510 and AP kept rebooting with kernel panic, so rolled back & stable again.

I have an r510 too and I'm not having any problems with 200.9.10.4.233 - knock on wood. It looks like I've been using it for 2 days and 16 hours so far.
