    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, can confirm when I moved the Ethernet cable that I could not connect to my AP at all and the configure me wouldn’t even show up. When it is in the one in the left the configure me shows up and I am able to go through the steps to configure. The cable not connected is the 2nd AP because the instructions advised to only have one connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently received a new modem and router so I reset our ruckus. However, even after “successfully” configuring the new SSID and ruckus it is not connecting to the internet on the dashboard and the WiFi name is still reflecting “configure me” and not the new SSID. Lights are all green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It gives me the success message that it is configured but when I go to the dashboard it is showing the Gateway has a red X and internet is Disconnected. This is all very technical to me. Someone in a different thread suggested switching the WAN IP to manual but there is no Primary DNS server and I don’t know where to get that and it is saying that is a required field.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
