&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please unplug and plug the Access Points ethernet cables from the Switch panel and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;reboot your Switch (disconnect and connect the switch from the power outlet). Once the Switch boots up, please check the Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please make sure ethernet cables from Access Points, any devices and your ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router should be plugged into any of&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the 12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>R510 AP PWR light stuck on red.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 R510 AP's. Both are stuck on a red PWR light no matter what I do.&amp;nbsp; I have tried resetting it and am getting no results.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Syst and PWR lights are green on the switch.&amp;nbsp; When I push the status button all are green except for USB and it's amber.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please confirm if you reboot your Switch? &lt;STRONG&gt;D&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;isconnect the switch from the power outlet wait for some time and connect it back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Also, try to plug the ethernet cables of APs into any other 12 ports as mentioned previously.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If it’s still not working, may I know if your RUCKUS Access Points are connected via Wall Jack cable? (Please refer to the below screenshot)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did reboot the switch.&amp;nbsp; I tried different ports.&amp;nbsp; The APs are directly connected to the switch,&amp;nbsp; there is no wall jack.&amp;nbsp; I then tried 2 other different ethernet cables to see if my main one was bad.&amp;nbsp; Still having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you have 2 Access Points remove one of the 2 Access Points cables and perform a factory reset on your other plugged Access Point once the factory reset is done, please plug it back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
