&lt;P&gt;Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For detailed understanding of the issue please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Low bandwidth speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing slow TV download speeds (only .23 Mbps) yet 75Mbps are coming in at the router and Ruckus&amp;nbsp;icx 7150-c12p switch. I had a Comcast techie take a look. He thinks perhaps the switch&amp;nbsp;and the Lennar power booster are competing on the same channel and to move one to a different channel if that is the case. Is that possible, and of so how do I troubleshoot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frustrated in the Central Valley&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Please follow out the next steps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,&amp;nbsp; make sure you have no issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;2. You can perform the same step on wireless by connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi / SSID coming from the ISP router. (Note: Not the Wi-Fi coming from the access points.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt;"&gt;Please let us know if you have confirmed that internet issue is stable while you are connecting to the ISP router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
