Checking and Upgrade firmware not available

I am trying to find out if I need to update my firmware but it wont populate.

I tried in both Chrome and Edge and get the same results.

Please check your current unleashed Version. Since 200.14 is the latest version for now. (Please refer to the below screenshot)
