For changing the network username and password please refer the below link

You can also create a new WLAN or SSID with a new Username and Password.

For this, you need to log in to Unleashed. Please refer to the below link.

This is so frustrating!
it says to follow these steps! The link that is provided does not work!!! When you click on it says page doesn’t exist.

Go to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/user/user_changepass.jspor scan the QR code to reset the password.

Are you trying to edit your Wi-Fi SSID name and Password?

As you are trying to reset your unleashed Wi-Fi SSID Name.

First, we should have access to Unleased Web. Please make sure you have access to Unleashed Web.

Please browse and log in to your Unleashed account.

Select Wi-Fi Network>>Select your WLAN Network (SSID)>>Edit WLAN>>Change the password

So I was able to login using admin and password Ruvkus! But I logged out on accident and now I can’t login again! The website to login looks different. There is few login links : my ruckus, support portal, partner portal …. Where do I go to login again?

Please try Accessing Unleashed on a web browser via the IP address of the Access Points, could you please try to find the Master IP address of the Access Point and try to check it on a browser? Please refer to the below guide to find the IP address.

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

You should see the below Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in
