However, when I try to log into the app, it won't recognize the network. Since I spent said 12 hours getting the network back up and running (after two system engineers took a peek and I forked out $50 in equipment), I would like to avoid the effort in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Myself and many others seem to be in the same boat.&amp;nbsp; I have spent hours on this as well trying to get this rectified in my own home and none of the solutions offered have worked thus far.&amp;nbsp; This is why I believe there is more of a global issue going on that is preventing access to the platform.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
