      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;currently my Ruckus system and app are not working. Below are the trouble shooting steps I have taken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried redownloading the app. I have restarted my phone. I tried logging onto the website. It keeps telling me I am not connected to a Ruckus network. I am not sure what to do. Thanks for any support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This would be the configuration interface for the Internet router.&amp;nbsp; Example: my internet router access is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://192.168.1.254/" target="_blank"&gt;http://192.168.1.254/&lt;/A&gt;. I still have to login to access the interface. The AT&amp;amp;T smartphone app is my other way to access the information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
