&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2E2E2E;font-size:10.0pt;"&gt;2&lt;STRONG&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;If the Access Points are getting power, can you connect to the SSID/Wi-Fi ID?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2E2E2E;font-size:10.0pt;"&gt;3&lt;STRONG&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;Is the&amp;nbsp;SSID/Wi-Fi ID from the Access Point is slow, but the AT&amp;amp;T work fine?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your information. We cannot replace the chassis until the hardware is damaged. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please confirm whether you have any RUCKUS devices in your home or not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
