      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I purchased my home (built in 2020) from the original owner who had Ruckus set up by installers. They did not leave me any instructions and I am trying to factory reset and reset my 2 access points upstairs &amp;amp; downstairs. The 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are both solid orange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Based on the description, the yellow light means that there are not clients connected on that specific Radio (5G or 2.4G) that depends where is the yellow light on.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am not concerned with it being broken but I need to factory reset it since the original owners had it connected to their wifi network. Both led lights on both access points are still yellow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
