    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was asked to make an additional post even though I’m having the same issues as others. I’ve done all of the recommended suggestions and it’s not working. No lights on the access point or the ruckus device. It used to work and I think the power outage killed it. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;To solve this issue please try to reset the switch as mentioned below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, the unit seems to be totally dead. This unit Should be RMA&amp;nbsp; (&amp;nbsp;return merchandise authorization ) in simple words replace it.&lt;/P&gt;
