&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;All the connections and light status on the Switch seem good.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;The connections are correct, now we may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new Wi-Fi SSID.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt; To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Physical Factory Reset of RUCKUS Access Point:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please follow the factory reset guide carefully and try it once again, you could try with another Access Point if it’s not working with the one you are trying.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for your guidance. I did the process step by step in both switches more than ten times but unfortunately the Ruckus-unleashed WiFi still on and no configure me WiFi is showing up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- step one I disconnected everything out the main ruckus except one switch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- step two I pressed the rest button on the switch and counted for 15 the light became solid red then Flashing green&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I did this at least 10 times on each one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the WiFi still saying Ruckus-unleashed and asking for password&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what’s next (thanks)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And please share the output of the commands.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You could try the Telnet (which doesn't require any credentials) option to log in to CLI (Putty) as described in the same guide- Please refer below&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
