      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are the Access points getting power?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, the one upstairs is working fine but the one downstairs is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;2:If the Access Points are getting power, can you connect to the SSID/Wi-Fi ID?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, I can’t because from my understanding there is a short and this is the second time this happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;3:Is the&amp;nbsp;SSID/Wi-Fi ID from the Access Point is slow, but the AT&amp;amp;T work fine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;My xfinity internet is working fine. Its the second access point down stairs thats the issues therefore the Xfinity Tech had to unplug it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;It seems that your PoE devices are not working connected to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Since the switch is in the normal state you can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to transfer the power to PoE devices via 12 ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;To check this, first, we have to get access to the switch, and there are Two ways to get access to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I) By IP Address of the Switch OR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please try to connect the access points (which is working) to the same port where you have connected the non working access point in the switch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try the above steps to confirm whether the port is working fine or not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the port is not working, then we need to test that non working access point with the another ethernet cable to confirm whether the cable is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try the above steps and let me know the results.&lt;/P&gt;
