&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Was this working before or is it a new installation?&amp;nbsp;If it worked before, was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same showing the light status and cable connections to the Switch)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All my devices are connected to the Ruckus Wi-Fi via the AP, but all of a sudden&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;some of the devices are getting no internet connection. Some are working fine and some are not. I have never experienced it before. My firmware is 200.14&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't original post this issue, however, this is the exact issue I am currently experiencing in my Lennar home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To answer your questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Not a new build and was working just fine. There was no recent power outage in my area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Yes, the lights on the switch are green and on.&amp;nbsp; No amber lights. Photos attached for switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Yes, internet is stable when connect directly to router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.
