&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;If your ISP modem is directly connected to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch, it doesn’t work only with Modem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;The connection must be from a Router or Modem-Router combo device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please refer to the short guide link below about how to connect the devices as a reference:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New Lennar home owner - I have so far been able to get the master access point up and working - how do I connect the other two access points ? I started over and repeated the steps even two more times and nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually as I looked again, I did gateway setup to get the master to work - if I do typical setup and app always gives an error right at the end that it will not connect - strangely my wifi is working but there is still the confirgure.me option when I search the wifi… more lost than before&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;As per the case description, I could understand that you are unable to get the Access Points working after performing a factory reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do I need a router to do the typical install ? I have a modem, a switch, and 3 access points. After typical installation I am unable to connect to the wifi I created , after gateway installation I can connect to wifi but the other access points are not connecting automatically&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
