    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Can someone respond quickly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;there is no htc internet problem. Also. ICX7150C12P In the back of our closet has been Reset… has been plugged in after modem. Ive tried everything. Still it is an ip configuration failure. Failure to obtain it says on mh smart tv. Internet doesnt show on my office computer &amp;nbsp; Can someone help me before i drop $400 on a new router ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;fml that this happens on a holiday weekend&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working as it is expected to be.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;If your ISP modem is directly connected to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch, it doesn’t work only with Modem. &lt;STRONG&gt;The connection must be from a Router or Modem-Router combo device. Could you please confirm this once?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please refer to the short guide link below about how to connect the devices as a reference:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
