    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a home from Lennar in 2019 and it came equipped with a 7150 Ruckus switch and two APs. Lately i’ve noticed my speed was slow even though I have fiber optic with AT&amp;amp;T 2GBs of speed. I did some test like connecting directly to the AT&amp;amp;T device through Wi-Fi and Ethernet and speed came out good. Now I know the problem comes from the switch because I tried different ports and also Wi-Fi from both access points and the speed won’t go above 90-92mbs. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same showing the light status and port connection to the Switch)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
