&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;As you have issues with the one Access Point. I would suggest a factory reset of the Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please reset your Access Point as described below.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In your case remove 2 cables of working Access Points and perform a factory reset on your affected Access Point. Once the factory reset is done, please plug it back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This fixed it temporarily but I started having issues again in the morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My unleashed app is indicating that I am not connected to the unleashed network even when my phone shows that I am connected to the Wifi broadcasted by unleashed. I believe that my first floor access point is having issues. Cant say why but it has been very problematic in the first floor. The other 2 Aps on second and third floor have no issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to check if the first floor AP is malfunctioning?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Srinath&lt;/P&gt;</description>
