&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);"&gt;Please try to gain access to the Switch via console and upgrade the Switch to the code 08095g, upgrading both partitions to the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);"&gt;To check the current version of the switch you can use show version commands to confirm if your version is lower than 08080.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);"&gt;If the version is lower that the code 08080, you need to upgrade twice from the code using the Image file SPS08080f.bin and the boot file named&amp;nbsp;spz10114.bin, the from 0808f to 08095g UFI using only the image file named&amp;nbsp;SPS08095ufi.bin&lt;STRONG&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;for both partition primary and secondary.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Based on your description it seems that your IP address of switch does not appear on the&amp;nbsp; IP Scanner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To solve this issue please reboot the local Router ( &lt;STRONG&gt;ISP device&lt;/STRONG&gt; ).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another solution is to log in in your local Router and check the '&lt;STRONG&gt;device list&lt;/STRONG&gt;'&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In order to add the Switch to the Unleashed Dashboard for monitoring it must be running the code 08090 minimum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So please confirm you have a ICX7150 Ruckus Switch, because there are some Lennar houses with other brands, and that the Switch is not showing does not mean that is not working, just that is not associated, and you can not manage the Switch from Unleashed Dashboard is for monitoring and should appear in the IP scanner as long you are connected to the Switch via wire or wireless to the unleashed network.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have come full circle and I need the ip address of the switch. As I posted originally there is no Ruckus switch showing up in the scanner. &lt;P&gt;To add the ICX switch in the unleashed app you need to create a SSH tunnel( private tunnel between the AP and switch).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For this we need to make sure that the switch is running the latest version. As you have already upgraded the switch please make sure that the management approval is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;
