      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I recently purchased a home with a ruckus icx 7150 switch. There are no status lights on the unit, and I can’t console in to the device. I’ve tried to reset the device and changed power cords and plugs. Requesting an RMA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Based on the images and the troubleshooting you have done it seems that this unit is totally dead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This unit Should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post and paste it into the chat to start unit replacement.&lt;/P&gt;
