    <description>&lt;P&gt;Jayavidhya, I’m beyond frustrated. I have spent the last 6 hours working on this and still no resolution. I’m unsure as to why ruckus is leaving us out to dry like this. These are not customer friendly instructions and by no means helping the customer resolve issues. I know you have tried to assist but I’m still at the same point I was 6 hours ago. Is there anyone I can escalate my issue to ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I tried rebooting the ruckus and now the access points don’t light up, I’ve tried powering on the system with the reset button pushed and nothing happens. I don’t have a laptop or computer to do all of the other things that were stated in some of the topics. Help !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get to the part of trying to get the ruckus to connect with putty. I’m having issues because it keeps showing that the connection is not alive. The switch is connected to the #1 usb and to the #13 usb and back to the computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

These are not customer friendly instructions and by no means helping the customer resolve issues. I know you have tried to assist but I’m still at the same point I was 6 hours ago.
