&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;2. You can perform the same step on wireless by connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi / SSID coming from the ISP router. (Note: Not the Wi-Fi coming from the access points.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to connect properly to Access Points or if it has a ‘Routing Code’ issue which happens due to power outages most of the time, this is a known issue for Lennar home users.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;An identifier of this problem is that it comes out as Switch-Router in the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- An IP address is a unique address (logical) that identifies a device on the internet or a local network like your home (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow the below steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;To fix this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hereby I attach a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,&amp;nbsp; make sure you have no issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;2. You can perform the same step on wireless by connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi / SSID coming from the ISP router. (Note: Not the Wi-Fi coming from the access points.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;3. Please connect a PC directly to the Ruckus Switch ICX-7150 to see if you are having the same connectivity issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i don't have a pc with ethernet port, however; when i connected to my ISPs wifi and not my ruckus wifi, i also get the same download/upload speeds, so i think i need to talk to my ISP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
