      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the exact same problem—my access points no longer have POE power and trying to factory reset the switch results in the brief amber lights but not actually resetting and coming online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;after you plug in power keep holding reset pin for about 20 seconds that worked for me. BTW what's the next step lol, I factory reset mine but don't know what to do now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The R510 access point does not have any lights illuminated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The switch, while plugged in, does not have any lights remaining on. The only time the switch lights turn on is for the very brief moment while trying to reset the switch. At that point, the amber lights flash. No other colors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
