the ICX-7150-C12P Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;As you mentioned that on your ICX-7150-C12P Switch, the SYST and PWR lights are steady green, which means the lights are in a normal state.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Since the switch is in the normal state you can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to transfer the power to PoE devices via 12 ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;To check this, first, we have to get access to the switch, and there are Two ways to get access to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Ruckus 7150-C12P switch that:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Powers on, with 2 lights green&lt;BR /&gt;2. That I'm not able to factory reset - I unpower, push the pin, and power on, but that doesn't seem to factory reset.&lt;BR /&gt;4.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've factory reset mine, but don't know what to do after. But for me i kept the pin pushed for around 15 seconds until the lights flashed and it worked. However, what's the next step now. Can you provide a link to the guide you're following or just help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
