However, I don't have a clue what a CLI is or how to reset it. I can unplug and plug things back in...haha. So if someone could please help me do this by the simplest terms possible assuming it needs a reset. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No lights on access points</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Lennar home with a Ruckus system and two access points. Neither access point is lit up. One is located on the 1st floor the other on the second floor. The light on the main box is blue and blinking. Both 1st and 2nd floor Ethernet cables are connected to the POE ports on the main box as well as my cable modem. They were working fine and then I noticed my internet was slow as I moved away from where my modem is connected noticing that none of the lights on either access points are lit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas what could be the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;From the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS setup is unstable after a power outage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also checked my xfinity network and I don't see ruckus connected to my wifi. Last time it was connected was 4/9/2023. If this is going to be really complicated can I call a tech? If so, who would I call or search the yellow pages for? and what would I tell them is wrong with it so they can fix it. I'm not very technical and have very limited technical skills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't own any windows based products. I used the lanscan app and don't see ruckus and I went to the xfinity app and checked in there too. neither show the ruckus connected to my internet. Also, I just talked to my computer repair shop and they said there should be some lights on the access points lit up. Is this true? mine are completely dead. did I have a power surge that fried them and that's why they aren't lit up? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;I have already described the step-by-step process to access the CLI of the Switch with &lt;STRONG&gt;Telnet Or SSH&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Please once again check the IP address of the Switch (One with Brocade name) and try to access the CLI as described in my previous post.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Maybe you can take baby steps with me since you don't provide telephone support and all we have is this forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went to the terminal and typed in the IP address like you said. then typed enable. Now I'm not sure what to do. What's next...I have one green light and two orange on my access points. So we are making progress.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Based on the output of the commands Switch seems to be in a normal condition.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please try to reboot the Switch by performing the below commands and check the connectivity once it comes up after some minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
