      <title>ICX7150-C12 Switch - PoE Fatal.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I bought my lennar home, it came with a ruckus&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;ICX7150-C12 Switch and a couple of AP. Yesterday without any reason the switch stopped sending power to the devices I have that need PoE. Both APs and my ring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I accessed the console using putty and reboot the switch (multiple times) and every time at some point during the booting I start getting error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;non stop. Tried ctrl+c, quit, q!, exit…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;How can I stop this non stop error message to be able to troubleshoot?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Done 2 times. No luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove power from the switch. Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;Reset&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;Reset&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- For some reason I cannot factory reset the switch. I press the reset button, power back on while still holding the reset button and I dont get the blinking orange lights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3-We need to access (physical) using one of the cables to the ICX-7150C12P mentioned on the below guide:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I had access to the console already. This is the part that I cannot make the error message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;stop showing.
