    <description>&lt;P&gt;The system came with our house in 2018. &amp;nbsp;It was set up and has been working since. &amp;nbsp;This was our first problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no lights on on the router at all. &amp;nbsp;When you first plug the unit in, all of the lights flash green one time, then all go dark. &amp;nbsp;No activity after that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have two access points, and there are no lights on either of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am at work and cannot send pictures at the moment. &amp;nbsp;I hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar to other posts, I get a flash when plugged in, then nothing. I have tried other cables as suggested in other posts, but the unit is unresponsive. Looks like a replacement situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
