      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, We Bought a new construction Lennar Duplex in 2019. We have two r510 Ruckus units with the firmware updated. Yet, as of a few days ago we get a heartbeat loss every 12 hours like clockwork. This morning, they wouldn't output anything. We thought the internet was out. However, anything using the ATT modem or ether port had internet and everything on Ruckus Wi-fi or ether port was dead. myAT&amp;amp;T app messages said my modem was rejecting the routers. I reset the modem and they work, for now. I booked a service appointment for Monday from ATT. I'm not even sure if ATT will be able to help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The thing is, I'm reading through the forums and have no idea what is being said. I don't know the lingo. Everything is very cryptic.&amp;nbsp; I desperately need a resolution. With work and school internet is akin to water in our lives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am happy to hear from you!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The ATT service gentleman left an hour ago. He doesn't know anything about RUCKUS only mentioned that he's visited other houses with similar issues. He tinkered with the internet hub in our master bedroom closet, the transformer outside and, the side of our house. Ran some tests on his phone and got all green checks. He said our speed was slow, but I tested the speed before arrival, there is no difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Answers to the questions below:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. No power outage within the last few weeks.&lt;BR /&gt;2. The "STAT" light is on and is green.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Yes, my internet is working and fully operational; especially since ATT just came and verified.&lt;BR /&gt;4. I have two access points. The upstairs device (closest to the modem) has 4 green lights on 5G, 2.4G, CTL, PWR. The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

However, the "08095g" zip file I downloaded when opened to "ICX7150" has no "boot" folder as described here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;08080f files:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A: Open the folder unzipped folder named 08080f&amp;gt;ICX7150&amp;gt;boot&amp;gt;copied the file named mnz10114.bin and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paste it in the folder we created named Upgrade&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B: Open the folder 08080f&amp;gt;ICX7150&amp;gt;image&amp;gt;copied the file named SPS08080f.bin and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paste it in the folder we created named Upgrade&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;08095h file:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A: Open the folder 08095h&amp;gt;ICX7150&amp;gt;image&amp;gt;copied the file named SPS08095hufi.bin and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paste it in the folder we created named Upgrade"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Am i missing something or am I good to continue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For &lt;STRONG&gt;8095g&lt;/STRONG&gt; there will be only 1 file after the &lt;STRONG&gt;8080f&lt;/STRONG&gt; version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#2D3338;font-size:16px;"&gt;Please note, the recommended version is &lt;STRONG&gt;8095g&lt;/STRONG&gt;, seems like you have downloaded &lt;STRONG&gt;8095h&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Please &lt;STRONG&gt;download the 8095g&lt;/STRONG&gt; file and Upgrade your Switch. (As shown in the below screenshot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

There is no boot folder in my ICX7150 folder. I skipped over that step and went straight to the image folder and grabbed the&amp;nbsp;SPS08095gufi.bin file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I thought the&amp;nbsp;SPS08095gufi.bin file doesn't need a boot "t&lt;SPAN&gt;he UFI letter at the end means unified image, so we do not require the boot file."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;As mentioned in one of the previous posts, first we must Upgrade the Switch to 8080f (mnz10114.bin and SPS08080f.bin-&lt;STRONG&gt;2 files&lt;/STRONG&gt;) and then 8095g (SPS08095gufi.bin-&lt;STRONG&gt;1 UFI file&lt;/STRONG&gt;).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;You also need to download 8080f files and create a folder with 3 files as mentioned in the guide. (Please refer to the below screenshots)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
