      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My ruckus system is not working. &amp;nbsp;My job is being affected by this because I work from home and can NOT get paid if I can’t do my job!!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;there are no lights showing on the unit located on the ceiling. &amp;nbsp;I tried to reboot the unit in the laundry room but nothing re-powered &amp;nbsp;the system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;1. Try to connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable and run the speed test. Confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,&amp;nbsp; make sure you have no issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
