Bought a new construction townhome with Lennar in May 2018 with the Ruckus wireless system pre-installed in my house. Recently, had inclement weather and both the upstairs and downstairs R510 access point units no longer have power. The ICX 7150-C12P seems okay but the ports that both R510s are plugged into do not respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need help please,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fred Tallent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kissimmee, Fl.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have no power at either R-510 upstairs or downstairs&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also have no light indications at Port #1 and Port #3 of the ICX7150-C12P. These ports are used to connect each R-510 using CAT-5 cabling . I have photos available&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just for verification I did unplug the power on the ICX-7150, waited 10 seconds, then replugged the power to the unit. All other ports were unplugged at that point. The switch reacted the same way. I also Unplugged the power to the 7150, placed a paper clip into the reset hole and while the clip was still inserted I repowered the unit. Then waited until the lights flashed amber and I removed the paper clip and let the unit reset.&amp;nbsp; The 7150 unit still responded in the same way with green and amber lights on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay. I had to order a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;USB to type C cable. I have been working on the software recovery to no avail. My stumbling block is getting the PUTTY software to communicate with the 7150. The unit is powered and the cable is connected between the laptop USB and the proper port on the upper right . When configuring the PUTTY software I set to&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;serial but no matter what port I select I receive an error #2 the system cannot find the file specified.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other tftpd64 program is ready but no communication. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&lt;SPAN&gt;t&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen a solution in your documents for setting up the configuration of PUTTY using USB com ports and Windows 10. Maybe I missed it. Looking at device manager there are no com ports available Therefore I do not know how to set up communications with 7150. I'm sure there is a solution because Com Ports haven't been used ever since USB ports were created.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

ON the left is the Device Manager list: After connecting the 7150 using the suggested USB to C cable , the red arrow shows where Windows 10 or 11 assigns it. Putty is looking for a particular com port and baud rate but Windows 11 see CP2104 USB to UART Birdge Controller. I have tried Windows 10 with the same results.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay I have established communications with the 7150 throught Putty. I have tried to do a system reset several times and now with communications I see that my reset attempts have failed. First of all with the reset procedure I never get the flashing lights after 10 seconds and it still boots up with an image SPS08090a. I also never comes to a BOOT&amp;gt;. I can not load the latest image etc. My question: Is there a local company (Orlando, Florida) in this area that can service this device. I has put in several hours trying to fix the issues without success or can I ship it to Ruckus for troubleshooting ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Again it failed. I was able to establish communications wuth the 7150 sing PUTTY and this snatshot is after the power was re-established and the Reset was attempted. I saw TCSD up and running, partitions established, and loading of the SPS08061A image. It doesn't seem to allow a software recovery without this procedure completed. I have spent several hours trying to follow procedure but I keep hitting stone walls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
