      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, there was power trip for 5 mins after that all access points light are not coming and it's not working. I did switch off for modem and swich for 10 mins and try it again but still light are not coming for access points.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tried to connect with my PC with a network cable but it's showing automatic DHCP configured. So how to set the Ip address for the switch, I tried Ip scanner as well but the switch IP address is not showing over there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18370"&gt;@viplavse&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When you connect the Laptop to the Switch, are you getting an IP?&lt;BR /&gt;If not, probably the APs are also not getting the IP if they are DHCP set.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The APs will roll back to the default IP address (192.168.0.1) when they are not receiving the IP from DHCP.&lt;BR /&gt;Remove all the APs from Switch &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Connect only 1 AP &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Connect the Laptop to the Switch &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Make sure the Laptop is on same range of AP's (Like 192.168.0.10) &amp;gt;&amp;gt; See if you can ping 192.168.0.1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can ping, then SSH to it and then set the IP using the below command&lt;BR /&gt;set ipaddr wan &amp;lt;IP address&amp;gt; &amp;lt;Subnet Mask&amp;gt; &amp;lt;Gateway&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I cannot ping 192.168.0.1 to .10 at all. Please provide some video if you have any. There is not any technical support available over phone ? If it is then it's really helpful, I am not network operation person. I have windows machine and recently purchased&amp;nbsp; Ethernet adapter to connect with switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to restart switch but all orange lights keep blinking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;As you mentioned, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;there is an amber/orange light on the "SYST" and a green light on the "PWR" on the Switch. Meaning the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Basically, due to the power outage/ power spike, the switch went to a state that we call ‘boot mode’ that is not able to boot up properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow the below steps to fix this issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;First, we will try to reset the Switch as described below:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

It should be plugged into the correct port as marked in the screenshot below. Please use &lt;STRONG&gt;ethernet cable (both ends RJ45 plugs) and USB to type C cable both together&lt;/STRONG&gt; as described in steps 2 &amp;amp; 3 in the guide link. Request you follow the same and perform the software recovery process once again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for quick response. I have tried to swap the plug and also connect RJ45 in both end switch and laptop. Now good thing I am able to get Ethernet connection and also able to ping 192.168.0.2 also Putty is starting the session but boot&amp;gt; is not coming.
