      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ruckus admin,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can one of you contact me to resolve this ? I have tried everything. I spent a day in software recovery process but still it is not working. No error code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please look at my intial comment. The unit is smells smoky when it stopped working. What does it tell you ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please understand the issue and provide repalcment unit as I have lifetime warranty on this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We pay for higher price in unit and still going through this painful process of spending a day chatting this issues again and again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am really needing some of your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ISP works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded advanced IP scanner but could not find Ruckus device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to let you, I have reset master AP per previous engineer recommendation. But nothing happnened. Power and CTR LED are blinking and got error code.
