      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched out my current modem/router to a newer version to support higher speed from Spectrum and now my access points have no lights on them at all.&amp;nbsp; I unplugged the Ruckus and plugged back in but no change, still no access lights are on.&amp;nbsp; How can I fix?&amp;nbsp; Limited to no technical skills with this sort of thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Seems like &lt;STRONG&gt;192.168.0.13&lt;/STRONG&gt; is the IP address assigned to your ICX-7150-C12P Switch from your ISP Router. (Please refer to the below screenshot for the same)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Putty is an application used to access the CLI (Command Line Interface) of the Switch to check the configuration and for troubleshooting the issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Once you confirm the Switch IP address, please follow the guide &lt;STRONG&gt;“How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"&lt;/STRONG&gt; which is shared in one of the previous posts and share the output of the commands mentioned in the same post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
