Ruckus R 510 will not turn on

We have a ruckus R510 that is mounted on our ceiling. There are no lights on and it will not reset.

For detailed understanding of the issue please let us know the below details.

Please check SYST and power the lights' status of the ICX7150 Switch, describe those lights for us first.

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
