    <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Lennar smart home. &amp;nbsp;Power went out for a minute, comes back on and switch doesn’t come back online, amber system light. &amp;nbsp;I try to reset it and all lights keep flashing amber after. &amp;nbsp;Trying to use a CLI while connecting through USC-C. &amp;nbsp;I see on device manager the driver I downloaded to see it flashing on and off but no consistent connection. &amp;nbsp;See the COM number so try to connect through putty even tho no stable connection and can’t read it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Ruckus says they can’t help directly anymore and I have to use a separate help line. &amp;nbsp;It’s a voicemail and no one has called me back for three days. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;is there anything I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
