      <description>&lt;P&gt;I already know what the issue is and I need to send the switch in and receive a new one. According to the support specialist I spoke with: “&lt;SPAN&gt;Confirmed Switch listed as router on ISP device table. Unable to Telnet to flash image.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nothing can be done in order to remotely fix the issue and new hardware needs to be sent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;From the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS Switch is booted on Routing Code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Apologies, we cannot replace the unit as this Routing Code issue is a software issue that can be resolved with the troubleshooting steps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;If you are unable to access the switch via Telnet. Please try to access via &lt;STRONG&gt;SSH&lt;/STRONG&gt; with &lt;STRONG&gt;port number 22&lt;/STRONG&gt; and log in with a Switch username and password. And please make sure you sure the correct IP address of the Switch (Please refer to the below guide to verify the switch IP address).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

How do you expect the average persons to complete these steps?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Back in 2021 I got in a call with a technician and he was able to resolved for me the issue on this unit. He was telling me that his model has router and switch capabilities. So you have to copy the setting as switch on secondary and primary should be the same&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
