Good evening! When trying to access unleashed.ruckerwireless.com I get a failure...Unable to Find the Server. Is there a new site for troubleshooting or making changes to my network?

My HP printer will not operate on a 5GHz network so I am trying to configure a 2.4 GHz connection. I used to have it but it is no longer an option.

Please assist. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

From the case description, I could understand that you are unable to access Unleashed as you are trying to create a separate 2.4 GHz Radio signal for a printer.

Could you please try to copy and paste the below URL and try?

unleashed.ruckuswireless.com

If you are still unable to access the Unleashed, you could try accessing it with the Unleashed IP Address. If you don’t know the IP Address, please refer to the below guide.

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

Also, you could try with Unleashed App if you are able to log in to it.
