      <title>Help please just bought home(lennar) from previous owners. At&amp;T and Ruckus slow after 1 day of conne</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased home from previous owners. Had no idea we had the ruckus box until my very techy smart home installer brother came and got all excited about it. He hadn't worked with ruckus but was able to set it up for us. It worker great, internet was great for 1 day. Now very sluggish. Keep in mind I have no app or anything he did it all without using an app (via laptop). Do we need to download a ruckus app? And what do I need to do to get support,? We worked from home need good internet. My brother isn't familiar with ruckus and isn't able to come help me for a while. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw someone say something about it connecting to the routing instead of the switch? I have absolutely no idea about any of this. I want it to work because it's already in my house but if not ill have to spend an extra 20 per month on at&amp;amp;t extenders and have even more equipment in my home. Please help us we work from home, need reliable internet and it's not good at all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The at&amp;amp;t is stable (but definitely not great which is why my brother says i should use ruckus (being its already here). Saturday my brother came over and saw it, like I mentioned he did his best having no ruckus experience but when he left the 2 access points were lit up and working and internet was great. Until about 1 day later when it's very sluggish now. I just went to take a photo of the 2 access points and I see the 2nd one (downstairs) Is no longer lit up (makes sense why it's not working well I guess?). So please see screenshot of panel with ruckus router, and both ap one upstairs (lit up) and downstairs (not lit up). Please also note I have no idea what my brother did but I do know he set it up from a laptop not the app. I downloaded the app today but I can't login no matter what admin default passwords I use. Please help, we both work from home and paying for at&amp;amp;t, having the ruckus (2 aps)&amp;nbsp;I was really hopeful to have good internet. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the Router is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into the 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow well thank you very much and fingers crossed this really works for me now. Any chance you can guide me on how to login to the ruckus unleashed app? Reminder that the previous owners may or may not have (thinking they did) use tbis and have it set up by a tech when they moved in (brand new home). They didn't leave Info on this so I have no username and password. I tried all the admin default I could find online but none worked.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update I switched the ethernet into one of the 12 spots and it may be better now. I do see the wifi network using ruckus seems "weeker" than at&amp;amp;t alone. Like unstable bouncing from all the wifi (waves) bars whatever they're called, down to 2 and back and forth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance with the app is appreciated. Also how come the upstairs ap has 24g lit up orange? That an issue? Thank you so much&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My brother was able to reach the aps and reset them without the app (we didn't think about using the app). We then changed the network name for ruckus to what we were using for att and pw, so that we didn't need to redo all the sign ones on every device (and reset att name and pw). Long story short, any way I can do what you said without using the app? And without taking down both aps ans resetting them?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just wish someone who knew what they were doing could actually help me I am at a loss. My husband can do less than me honestly except that he's taller. I don't know maybe I'm stick with att and just not using the ruckus anything I can do to make the internet better and spread thru my house better without redoing everything My brother already did and resetting it back up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm not sure what I can do from here but I'm happy I can access it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yea isp is att and it works plus the speed is 560 mbps currently but it varies each time I do a fast.com test. So nothing has been changed overnight, why would the ruckus network all the sudden go "down" overnight? I really feel like it is more trouble&amp;nbsp; than it's worth I mean I can see others having issues too and other new homeowners I spoke to here for a few months and still can't get it to work. What is the point then? I'm not saying this at you, just to you. What could be the issue you think why it's not working? The bars look full for both wifi networks (att and ruckus). &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code. The Switch should run on the Switching code to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike may be) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;You can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to connect properly to Access Points or if it has a ‘Routing Code’ issue which happens due to power outages/ power spikes most of the time,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;this is a known issue for Lennar home users.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
