The Switch should run on the Switching code to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike may be) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;You can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to connect properly to Access Points or if it has a ‘Routing Code’ issue which happens due to power outages/ power spikes most of the time,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;this is a known issue for Lennar home users.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;- An IP address is a unique address (logical) that identifies a device on the internet or a local network like your home (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;There are multiple ways to fix this issue as described in below steps:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow the below steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

However, I realized I have been rebooting 2-3 times a day now and it is disrupting my meetings. I'd like to fix it for once.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This was installed by Amazon white glove service provided by Lennar in 2019 when I purchased a new home. I have 3 access points (one in each floor). I don't know how many are affected? I just know that the ruckus has issues. I am not very tech savvy, so I need a lot more hand holding here. After the &lt;STRONG&gt;‘copy flash flash secondary’&lt;/STRONG&gt; command we have copied the Switching code (SPS) on the secondary partition (Please refer to the below screenshots). Now you should not have any issue with internet connection stability if your internet connection is stable from Internet Service Provider (ISP). &lt;STRONG&gt;Please observe the internet stability behavior.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

And this issue/problem is more on the cable side. &lt;STRONG&gt;We suggest you check the cables and replace them with new cables for the affected ports on 1/1/7 and 1/1/10.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Since RUCKUS has no part in fixing the issue related to cable installations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;reload&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;y&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;It will take some minutes for Switch to reload and come up. And once it comes up you could observe the stability of the Internet connectivity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
