I am able to ping the device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I connected my laptop to Switch using RJ-45 Serial port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. I was able to connect to Switch before resetting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it takes too long to sync please remove and add the switch from the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is more than 2 hours and I still getting Switch status as connecting.
