    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Honestly this is so overwhelming, I'm not a tech savvy! I've tried to understand how to do this watching the videos but the more I watch the more I get confused. Besides most of the Apps that are listed on the videos are not compatible with Mac, just Windows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any Ruckus technicians I can contact to come and solve this issue? I've contacted AT&amp;amp;T many times to see if they can send a technician but they keep telling me they can't help us since it's a third party sever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really hope you can help us, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We’ve called AT&amp;amp;T and they say the problem is our router and it supposedly has to be rebooted.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much for your prompt response!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;• It was installed when they built the house in 2018&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;• We never had any issues until a couple of months or so ago, there’s been power outages in other neighborhoods around but not in our area though&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the response and information you shared.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch starts running on the Routing code. The Switch should run on the Switching code to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to connect properly to Access Points or if it has a ‘Routing Code’ issue which happens due to power outages/power spikes most of the time, this is a known issue for Lennar home users.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;An identifier of this problem is that it comes out as Switch-Router in the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- An IP address is a unique address (logical) that identifies a device on the internet or a local network like your home (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There are multiple ways to fix this issue as described in below steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow the below steps:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To fix this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;copy flash flash secondary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imrad,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't &lt;SPAN&gt;console in the ICX-7150-C12P since it's on my living room ceiling as you can see in the very first picture i posted. Also PuTTY and&amp;nbsp;Mobaxterm seem to work just with Windows. I have Apple products (Mac and iPhones)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already have the IP address which is the step 1, what I can't do is get to do step 2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
