&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. For how long have you been facing this issue? Was there any Power Outage?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;(Please refer to the below picture)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;Since the switch is in the normal state you can take Console access to the switch in order to verify, if the switch is able to transfer the power to PoE devices via 12 ports.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Could you please take the console access to the Switch and share output of the below commands?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It worked for 2 days and it stopped. No lights on switch, when I unplug it and plug it back in I get an amber light on SYST and after a few minutes it shuts off, access points don't get power, switch doesn't even stay on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Meaning the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Basically, due to the power outage/ power spike, the switch went to a state that we call ‘boot mode’ that is not able to boot up properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow the below steps in order to fix this issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;First, we will try to reset the Switch as described below:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please try to factory reset the Switch using a paper clip multiple times (Like 15-20 times)?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please share a screenshot of the error you are getting on the MAC terminal?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Also please let me know if you have a Windows Laptop/PC. That would be much easier.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Refer to the video below which may help you with software recovery using a MAC terminal.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
