Switch ICX7150-12P no lights

I have an ICX-7150-12p. The switch started to randomly power itself off. I swapped power ports and the same condition occurred. I swapped cables and the device is dead with no indication lights. Help.

The switch has no lights at all. Please see the attached pictures. The APs appear fine as I test them with another POE switch.

Based on the description, seems that the switch is dead this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.
