&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below steps to understand the issue in detail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,&amp;nbsp; make sure you have no issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>ICX 7150 is no longer responding</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Ruckus ICX 7150 is no longer powering on. I have exhausted all resources on my end to try to re-configure. The actual device does not boot after several restarts/power cycles. I have my security system, garage, and overall safety of my family linked to the router and all of this has been impacted due to the disrupted connection. Please advise on the next steps to get this fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
