    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Shiplu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have a ZD debug or back up file which was taken out after changing the password, then from &amp;nbsp;those files support&amp;nbsp;can&amp;nbsp;extract the username and password.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you do not have any such files from the ZD then the only way is to hard reset the ZD.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
