&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;1.Upgrade a Switch ICX-7150-C12P using a USB flash drive&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
