&lt;P&gt;Please check if you have got the Switch CLI properly to perform the commands you are working on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Following are the steps to get access to the switch, and there are Two ways to get access to the switch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I) By IP Address of the Switch OR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;II) By Console Access to the Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;By IP address:&lt;/STRONG&gt; To fix this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did all that but when I ssh to my switch's, I can't use the &lt;A href="mailto:super@ipaddress," target="_blank"&gt;super@ipaddress,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;just fails.&amp;nbsp; I end up having to use my admin account that was provided to me when I purchased the home, and then it drops me in the rkscli: prompt.&amp;nbsp; Do i need to use super as the user account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes, it has to be a super account of the Switch,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As your credentials are not working,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try by using the below-mentioned default Switch Credentials:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Username: super&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Password: sp-admin&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, you can try following the below link with a different set of passwords,&lt;/P&gt;
