As per the case description, I could understand that you have a solid red light on your Device.

Could you please confirm which device you have this issue with? Ex: Switch or Access Point (Please refer to the device pictures below)

Thank you for the pictures and information you shared.

Could you please try to swap the working port cable to that non-working AP port (Within 12 ports- as shown in the picture below) and confirm if that works to check if the issue or problem is with the cable or the port to follow up and assist you accordingly?
